As part of the project, Enerz SIA developed and implemented a Building Management System (BMS) solution for the newly built complex, integrating all key engineering systems into a single, efficient, and transparent platform. The system aims to ensure a comfortable indoor climate, optimal energy use, and simplified management.

Project Implementation
Although the project was technically complex and encountered some delays during execution, thanks to close collaboration between Enerz SIA and SIA “Univerelectric”, all issues were successfully resolved. The project was completed successfully, delivering a result that met the client’s needs and ensuring the reliability of the system’s operation.
