In mid-2024, Enerz implemented a BMS (Building Management System) at the Caljan Spraying Plant. Previously, the HVAC systems operated autonomously, but the BMS implementation aimed to integrate and unify all engineering networks into a single cohesive system with intelligent and well-thought-out control — the so-called On Demand model.

We achieved:

• A 24% reduction in heating consumption (natural gas usage) within six months.

• CO₂ reduction: 62,943.11 kg CO₂, or approximately 51%.
