In 2023, Enerz designed and implemented the renovation and modernization of a BMS (Building Management System). As part of the project, the control system was thoroughly analyzed and adapted, automation controllers and field devices were replaced, and all systems were integrated for efficient and accurate management.

According to calculations from 2024, after the BMS upgrade, the following improvements were recorded:

• Heating consumption was reduced by 53%

• Electricity consumption decreased by 12%

• CO₂ emissions were reduced by 48%
