As part of the project, Enerz SIA developed and implemented a modern Building Management System (BMS) solution for the newly constructed Kurši building materials supermarket, ensuring efficient and automated operation of engineering systems and energy efficiency.

Ventilation Equipment Integration: Full control and monitoring of the ventilation systems via the BMS platform was ensured, optimizing air exchange and energy consumption.

Heat Node Automation: Automation of the heat node operation was implemented, allowing heat energy supply to be adjusted according to actual needs, thereby reducing energy losses.

Thanks to the general contractor SIA Aimasa, the project was completed smoothly, fully in line with the pre-developed plan and deadlines. All work was carried out to a high standard, ensuring the fulfillment of client requirements and satisfaction.
